A leading European bank, renowned for its innovation, embarked on a 5-year transformation program aiming to redefine customer experience in the finance industry. With 9 million customers and a vision for the best omnichannel journey, the bank sought to revolutionize business processes and deploy advanced technology.
As part of this transformation, AdvanceWorks actively contributes to the Enterprise Data Platform architecture. Responsibilities include defining the framework, conducting proof-of-concepts (POCs) for tool validation, executing data migration and leading multivendor teams in developing critical software components, primarily microservices. The objective is to leverage data streams from various sources for real-time insights, facilitating a seamless omnichannel experience tailored to individual customer needs.

Team Collaboration

A collaborative effort involving 35 professionals from diverse providers, with AdvanceWorks contributing a skilled team of developers, business analysts and a Project Manager. This multifaceted team ensures the successful execution of the transformation program.
