Our client, a major player in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, recognized the importance of sustainability and cost reduction in their operations. To achieve these goals, they initiated a project to upgrade their existing ERP system. This upgrade aimed to incorporate new features for creating dashboards and KPIs related to transportation logistics, supplier selection and inventory management. AdvanceWorks was entrusted with the responsibility of providing PMO services to oversee and monitor the project’s progress, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

A dedicated team of eight individuals, including stakeholders and project managers, was assembled for this project. Among them was an AdvanceWorks responsible for the PMO service. Together, they worked collaboratively to ensure a effective execution of the project objectives.

Next Steps

With phase 1 concluded, the project is set to advance to stage 2. In this next phase, the focus will be on defining and implementing tools for creating dashboards, establishing KPIs and ensuring the optimal utilization of data insights. This strategic progression reflects the client’s commitment to use advanced technologies to improve operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
