AdvanceWorks supported an industrial automation company in developing a mobile application for managing the retreading lifecycle of vehicle tire casings used in fleet operations. The solution was designed to simplify and digitize the tracking and inspection of tires throughout the retreading process.

The application enables operators to record, inspect, and manage tire casings at every stage, from initial collection to inspection and final dispatch for retreading. By centralizing this information, fleet managers gain better visibility into tire usage and condition, allowing them to optimize maintenance cycles and extend tire lifespan.

Developed using OutSystems low-code technology, the platform provides a flexible and efficient way to capture and manage operational data directly in the field. This approach reduces manual paperwork, improves data accuracy, and enables faster decision-making across fleet maintenance teams.
