AdvanceWorks designed a solution to implement two advanced AI chatbots aimed at transforming customer service operations within a pharmaceutical organization. Built using the Noxus framework, the solution enables the rapid creation and governance of business-oriented AI assistants through visual configuration and accelerated development.
