AdvanceWorks was entrusted with the pivotal role of orchestrating, controlling and monitoring ongoing activities. The focus is on ensuring a correct operation of core applications and platforms that underpin the company’s diverse activities, simultaneously boosting operational efficiency of IT teams and Business Units.

Team Collaboration

A team, of three dedicated members, with a PMO from AdvanceWorks, takes the helm. Their mission: to meticulously control the execution of planned activities aimed at resolving or mitigating vulnerabilities, problems, critical incidents and performance issues. The team plays a crucial role in defining clear strategies to address recurring issues, passing these insights to the tech leaders and product owners. This collaborative approach aims to elevate the robustness of applications, promoting a proactive stance toward potential challenges.

Goals Achieved

The main goals for this project were:

Evaluate and improve overall performance of end-user facing applications.

Decrease application vulnerabilities.

Increase application robustness according to defined KPIs.

Decrease the number of critical incidents, recurrent issues and future incidents.

Results

The concerted efforts yielded tangible results. The applications reached the targeted level of health, translating to seamless functionality for our customer’s critical processes. In simpler terms, Applications now operate below these pre-established KPIs, ensuring the correct functioning of applications.
