The platform also includes a supporting back office and microservices layer to enhance scalability and efficiency. The energy company, a leader in the energy transition, aims to improve customer experience and operational efficiency across multiple countries.<\/p><p><strong>Team Collaboration<\/strong><\/p><p>The project was executed by a dedicated 16-person team at AdvanceWorks, working in close collaboration with the energy company\u2019s stakeholders. The team used agile methodologies to build the app\u2019s frontend with React and Flutter, while the backend was powered by Node\/NestJS, AWS, and Postgres. Integration with existing systems was achieved using Mulesoft, ensuring a smooth, scalable, and reliable platform.<\/p><p><strong>Goals Achieved<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Centralize customer interactions for various products and services, improving the user experience.<\/li><li>Develop a specialized solution for electric vehicle (EV) charging management.<\/li><li>Create a scalable and efficient backend architecture using microservices.<\/li><li>Improve the energy company\u2019s customer service and operational efficiency.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Results<\/strong><\/p><p>The app successfully centralized all customer interactions, allowing users to easily manage their electric vehicle charging and other services. The integration of modern technologies like AWS, Postgres, and DocumentDB ensured scalability and data security. The use of Flutter and React created a seamless, responsive mobile experience across devices.<\/p><p><strong>Next Steps<\/strong><\/p><p>The next phase will focus on expanding the app\u2019s capabilities, adding new features, and optimizing the user interface. The team will also explore further integrations to enhance EV charging solutions and increase customer satisfaction.
