The revitalized platform not only improves day-to-day activities for internal users but also has a tangible impact on clients in Indiana and Illinois, boasting a collective driver base of 9 million and 7 million, respectively. The positive ripple effect is felt in heightened efficiency, improved interactions, and enhanced user satisfaction.
